The main
contributors to the IDLWAVE package have been:
- Chris Chase, the
original author. Chris wrote idl.el and idl-shell.el and maintained them for
several years.
- Carsten
Dominik was in charge of the package from version 3.0,
during which time he overhauled almost everything, modernized
IDLWAVE with many new features, and developed the manual.
- J.D.
Smith, the current maintainer, as of version 4.10,
helped shape object method completion and most new features
introduced in versions 4.x, and introduced many new features
for IDLWAVE versions 5.x and 6.x.
